Myra Kraft was by all accounts an exceptional woman, and there's no shortage of people who have looked to honor her since her death last July.

Brandeis University will join that group on Sunday, awarding an honorary degree to Kraft, a 1964 graduate of the school, ESPN reports.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft will accept the degree in honor of his wife during commencement ceremonies on Sunday morning. He and Myra Kraft had a long tradition of supporting the school, and Myra Kraft was also a trustee of the Waltham, Mass., university since 1986. She was a vice chairwoman on the school’s board for 10 years.

The Patriots have honored Myra Kraft in several ways since her passing, the most notable being the painting given to Robert Kraft by players during last year's Super Bowl-bound season.
