Tom Brady is looking forward to turning the page on the Patriots' Super Bowl loss, but the New England quarterback admitted during his appearance on WEEI's Dennis and Callahan on Wednesday that there's still a lot of plays from that game that he wishes he had "done a better job with."
One play that Brady likely regrets is Wes Welker's big fourth-quarter drop. Welker's status in New England beyond this season is up in the air a bit, but Brady noted the special bond he's formed with his receiver
"We're two people who spend a lot of time together," he said. "We know what each other is going through. A lot of times your girlfriends or your wives can't really console because they don't truly understand what we put in weekly to try to be at our best. They definitely see from the outside of what we have to do to prepare each week. But no one's really inside of our building in Foxboro and sees the kind of pressure and scrutiny that all those players are out there to perform."
Brady also discussed the recent video that appeared on "Funny or Die." He said that he was pretty much being himself in that role, and that he was laughing pretty much the whole day.
