When the Bruins finally hoisted the Stanley Cup after 39 long years, last June, team owner Jeremy Jacobs was ecstatic at his team’s accomplishment.
Jacobs is set to receive another award on Wednesday, as he is honored by the Boston Sports Museum at the 11th annual “The Tradition.” Jacobs is one of six recipients, along with Pedro Martinez, Rodney Harrison, Robert Parish and a few others to be recognized at the event.
Jacobs said he feels “very proud” to receive the award and is excited for the special night.
