Clay Buchholz Feeling Much Better in Return to Red Sox After Suffering From Scary Ailment(Video)


Clay Buchholz had to spent five days in the hospital recently, after suffering from some internal bleeding and erosion of the esophagus.

Buchholz even spent time in the emergency room due to the terrible ailment. But the pitcher was back with the Red Sox on Wednesday and appeared in good spirits while hanging out in the clubhouse.

Aetna Strikeouts for A Cause

For every strikeout by a Red Sox pitcher at Fenway Park in June, Aetna will donate $250 to Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Through June 25, the donation mark stands at $30,000.
