Kevin Youkilis fittingly walked off the field Sunday in his last game at Fenway Park showered with cheers from Red Sox fans and greeted with hugs from all of his teammates.

Red Sox Nation knew the day would come, given the trade rumors surrounding the veteran corner infielder. But the way it ended, with an RBI triple and a curtain call, added the final chapter to a Boston career filled with memorable moments.

From the home run Youkilis hit on the day he was first called up in 2004, to multiple All-Star Games and Gold Glove awards, to his spectacular performance in the Sox' 2007 World Series run, Youkilis left quite the legacy.
