Nathan Horton‘s absence from the Bruins lineup had a big impact on the team’s performance both during the second half of the season and in the playoffs. But his health will continue to hold weight as the Bruins move along during the current offseason.
Horton, who was a major cog in the B’s 2011 Stanley Cup championship, missed 35 games for the Bruins in the 2011-12 season and would be a major addition to the lineup if he can return to health next year. Otherwise the B’s may need to look elsewhere to supplement their scoring output.
Another big offseason storyline is Dougie Hamilton’s ability to gel with the big club.
Check out the video above to hear Andy Brickley, Billy Jaffy and Jamison Coyle break down some of the key storylines for the B’s in the offseason ahead.
