When it comes to sports fans, passion for one’s favorite team can run deep.

But sometimes that passion can come back to haunt you. Just ask Carlos Benito Sturgus.

Sturgus, 21, was arrested in Glendale, Ariz., on Tuesday for his role in a shooting in the nearby town of Mesa, according to the Phoenix New Times.

Police were able to easily identify Sturgus because of a unique identifying feature — the Yankees logo he has tattooed between his eyebrows. Check out the full New Times report, including a picture of Sturgus.

A hat tip to Deadspin for the story.
