Amy Lynn Grover may not yet be a household name, but the 28-year-old from Toronto, Ontario, seems poised to soon become perhaps the world’s best known yogi.
Besides her career as a yoga instructor, Grover studied business and marketing in college, is trained in dance, singing and acting, and also regularly practices pilates and ballet. So far, however, perhaps she’s best known as Playboy’s 55th Anniversary Youtube Search winner in 2008, taking the title based on nothing more than a — let’s just impressive — Youtube video she produced and submitted.
On Tuesday, she led Phoenix Coyotes winger Paul Bissonnette in a round of yoga, which the tough guy referred to as a “killer workout.”
