The debate rages over whether or not the Joe Paterno statue at Penn State should be taken down in the aftermath of continued developments in the Jerry Sandusky scandal.
The call for the statue to be taken down got even louder with the release of The Freeh Report last week, with media members and sports fans alike pleading for the statue outside the football stadium to be taken removed.
Someone took that plea to a new level on Tuesday morning when a plane carrying a banner demanding the statue be taken down flew over Beaver Stadium.
"Take down the statue or we will," the banner read.
The Penn State Board of Trustees reportedly has no plans to take down the statue at the moment.
