Carl Crawford Eager to Return to Red Sox After Impressive Performance in Minors (Video)

Carl Crawford continued his minor league rehab stint on Thursday, going 2-for-3 for the Pawtucket Red Sox in an 8-5 loss to the Buffalo Bisons at McCoy Stadium.

Crawford, who elected not to get Tommy John surgery to fix his nagging elbow injury, is set to rejoin Boston on Monday as the team opens a four-game set with the Chicago White Sox and old friend Kevin Youkilis at Fenway Park.

Check out the video above to see highlights of Crawford's performance. The outfielder also answered questions from the media after leaving the game.
