David Beckham Photobombs Fans of 'Team GB' Ahead of Olympic Games' Opening CeremonyOlympic fever has reportedly spread across large swaths of Great Britain, and David Beckham seems to have caught a case as well.

The L.A. Galaxy midfielder dropped in on unsuspecting fans as they posed for photos in a photobooth at an undisclosed location. Apparently, he was just trying to support the team and spread the love.

Great Britain has taken to calling its Olympians “Team GB,” and some fans wanted to capture their support for posterity. As part of a slick marketing campaign, Adidas invited these fans to “take the stage” and snap some photos at a sponsored booth.

Little did they know, Team GB’s self-appointed number one fan was lurking in the shadows. After fans took a few shots, Beckham popped his head into the booth and, unlike Dracula, invited himself in. Once inside, he shook hands, gave hugs, took kisses and made fans’ photos that much better.

The looks on their faces were generally priceless as were the silly hats, wigs, glasses and other costumes provided at Adidas’ expense.

On Tuesday, Beckham said he would have a role at the opening ceremony, but he wouldn’t spoil the surprise and say what it would be. Photobomber-in-Chief isn’t the role organizers gave him to ease the sting at missing out at playing soccer for Team GB, can it?
