Euro 2012 Final Blacks Out for Few Moments Thanks to Storm in ConnecticutFans watching the final of Euro 2012 between Spain and Italy were treated to an unpleasant surprise not long into the game when they found themselves staring at a black screen for several moments.

The reason? A bad thunderstorm was lashing Bristol, Conn. — aka the headquarters of the Worldwide Leader — and cut the feed for a bit, according to Business Insider.

Soon enough, the signal was restored, and fans were able to continue watching Spain take a commanding 2-0 lead on Italy in the first half.
