HBO has renewed the Danny McBride comedy Eastbound and Down for a fourth season, according to Variety, meaning that America's favorite fictional closer will be back on the small screen for another eight episodes.

McBride's character ended last season making it to the big leagues with a fictional Texas franchise, but it appears that his story is not done being told just yet.
