Jason Terry has long worn No. 31, but that's already in the TD Garden rafters. No sweat, No. 4 will do the trick.
Sure, Terry will now have to change his Twitter name (@JasonTerry31) and he'll never be the most famous No. 4 in Boston sports history (I've got your back Mr. Orr), but it's not a bad number. Then again, who really cares what number anyone wears as long as they produce?
Nevertheless, we finally have an idea of what "Terry 4" looks like on the back of a Celtics jersey. For some reason, there's also a little bit of anticipation when it comes to new players' jerseys, especially when a number change is involved.
So, go ahead. Check out the jersey below. We'll all forget about it a couple months down the road, but enjoy. Hopefully, he makes Nate Robinson proud.
