Major League Baseball is looking to help people from all around America “do something extraordinary.”
MLB players like Justin Verlander and R.A. Dickey have been spending their time off hanging with fans at the MLB Fan Cave in New York City and offering their time and assistance to help fans achieve some of their wildest dreams.
Verlander surprised one of his biggest fans and spent time with a youngster the night after a start. Dickey hung out at a local Wiffle ball park, helping teach kids some cool new pitches to throw out on the diamond.
Other players, in coordination with the MLB Fan Cave, are aspiring to help fans do some crazy, kind and amazing things.
