The Minnesota Timberwolves waived Martell Webster on Friday, but the shooting guard still appears to be in good spirits.
Webster took to his Twitter account to encourage all of his followers to see the movie Savages, which came out July 6. Webster seemed to have strong feelings about the new film.
If you haven't seen Savages then your doing yourself a disservice. You should honestly be put in jail.Citizens arrests will happen tonight!!!

While the joke showed that Webster was not in a funk after his release, he did have a few serious tweets earlier in the day, thanking the city of Minneapolis and the Timberwolves franchise for the opportunity to play and the community's support.
