The Jays, who many thought were ready to take the next step this season, have been a bit of a disappointment thus far. Toronto was once again a trendy pick to break out, but they've struggled all year.
They're not out of the race yet, and injuries have played a big role in their 45-47 record, but if they aren't able to have a good weekend against the Red Sox — one of the many teams they're chasing — it may be time to once again start turning their attention to next year.
At least their new jerseys are nice.
