When Robin Ventura took the reins as manager of the Chicago White Sox, he wasn't quite sure what to expect. While he was no stranger to the game of baseball, it would be his first time managing a team.
Despite his lack of managing experience, Ventura has found success in the first half of the season, guiding the White Sox to a 49-39 record and a spot on top of their division.
