Stunning Spanish Beauties Revel in Spain’s Euro 2012 Triumph (Photos)

As reigning European and world champion, Spain entered Euro 2012 with sky-high expectations. Drawn into a group with Italy, Croatia, and the Republic of Ireland, the Spanish were always expected to advance from the group stage for a deep tournament run.

Playing its typical possession-hoarding game, Spain marched through France and then Portugal (by way of penalty shoot out) to reach the final. There, the Spanish came full circle to play the same Italian team it faced in its opening game of the tournament.

The Spaniards dominated the game, winning by a score of 4-0 and making a strong claim to be the greatest national team in history. Spain’s accomplishment of winning three straight major international tournaments is only equaled by its beautiful fans which continue to light up every stadium to which they flock.
