Fan support can be a real confidence booster for any athlete, and that’s exactly what the Town of Needham is doing for U.S. Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman.
The town placed a traffic message board near the Needham Fire Department on Highland Avenue congratulating Raisman on being selected to represent the United States at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.
A native of Needham, Raisman will be competing in her first Olympics.
