Trying to muster up some energy to hit the gym? Just hit up YouTube and toss on the new Derrick Rose adidas commercial.
The commercial shows footage of Rose trying to work his way back from a torn ACL. It uses words like "hope," "focus" and "push" as Rose works out, and it's pretty intense to say the least.
Now, watching the commercial won't turn you into an NBA superstar, but it brings enough energy and inspiration to get most people off the couch. Sure, that might mean just making a quick trip to the fridge, but that's a start.
Unfortunately, it'll still be some time before we really see whether Rose is the MVP-caliber player he's proven to be in the past.
