Here is a shocker: The greatest shooting guard of this generation and the greatest shooting guard of the previous generation play a lot alike.
In a video that has been making the rounds on the Interwebs, highlights of Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan are spliced together to show off the two stars' similarities. Their flawless footwork, shifty post games and deadly midrange jump shots are on full display amid a musical score that sounds like something out of The Lord of the Rings.
This is inevitable, obviously. Great players pattern aspects of their games off great players who came before them. One more championship — which many Lakers fans assume will come this season — and Bryant will pull even with Jordan's ring tally.
