Tom Brady, Patriots Offense Understand Importance of Joint Practices in Midst of Preseason Grind

The Patriots' preseason minicamp is long since over, and listening to the players speak, that's a positive thing.

There's only so much you can learn about your plays and schemes practicing against your own team, so it's been a great learning experience for the Pats — particularly the offense — to get a chance to join up with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ahead of their Friday game to play against another squad. The Patriots also got a chance to take a look at a couple newcomers, including Olympic silver medalist Jeff Demps.
