The Red Sox and the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program are teaming up once again to help those in need.

Fans are asked to bring packages of new white socks to the Red Sox vs. Kansas City games on Friday Aug. 24 and Saturday Aug. 25 to help support this cause. Doctors and nurses from BHCHP will in turn pass out the socks to patients they care for on the streets, park benches and in shelters all around the Greater Boston area.

For more information, visit the BHCHP’s website and watch the above video.
