Ryan Lochte may have taken home five medals (two gold, two silver and one bronze) at this summer’s Olympic games in London, but that didn’t stop him from racing British royalty over the weekend.
Lochte and old buddy Prince Harry were chumming it up at a Las Vegas nightclub around 3 a.m. when the two decided it was time for a friendly competition inside the pool, according to the Daily News.
With thousands of club-goers on hand cheering them on, the pair breaststroked the length of the pool in t-shirts and jeans, with Lochte coming out ahead as expected.
The race didn’t ultimately mean all that much, as the duo quickly escaped from the pool and got back to their real purpose of the night: partying it up Vegas style.
