Alfredo Aceves has struggled mightily as of late, and it may be because he's been pitching so much.
Aceves has pitched in a variety of roles since joining the Red Sox in 2011. Before coming to Boston, the most games he had ever appeared in was 43. In 2011, he pitched in 55 games as both a starting pitcher and a reliever. In 2012, he has already pitched in 67 games.
