The Red Sox might not have a star-filled lineup anymore, but
those on the scorecard are still playing their hardest.

recently suggested that the Red Sox September roster was one of
the weakest in the history of baseball. On Sunday, he clarified those comments
by saying that several players have been injured and that there just isn’t much
depth. He made sure to note that he wasn’t denouncing any of the talent of his
current roster.
