Bobby Valentine and Jose Iglesias are making headlines again, but this time it's for some lighthearted fun.
Valentine took infield practice at Tropicana Field on Wednesday prior to the Red Sox game against the Rays. The Sox skipper was turning double plays at second base with Iglesias and Dustin Pedroia and still showed off some of the skills that once made him a top high school shortstop.
Boston Globe beat writer Pete Abraham told Tom Caron that the 62-year-old manager still flashes good hands and instincts, but his arm has weakened over the years.
To watch Valentine in action and hear what Abraham had to say about the Red Sox playing spoiler to the Rays, watch the video above.
