Jacoby Ellsbury has had another injury-plagued season, and thus, his numbers are a far cry from 2011 when he warranted MVP consideration.
However, Ellsbury has shown signs of reverting to that form as of late, as he tries to end 2011 on a high note.
The Red Sox center fielder has at least one hit in 12 of 15 games in September, and has really turned it on recently. He's hitting .382 in his last eight games to go along with a home run and six RBIs.
