Paul Pierce Takes On Eva Longoria, Kristen Bell, John Legend in ‘Words With Friends’ Celebrity Challenge

If professional athletes are ever to get their just due as master players in "Words With Friends," Paul Pierce will need to deliver in the next week.

Pierce is the lone athlete in a star-laden lineup of
competitors in the "Words With Friends" Celebrity Challenge, which
begins Thursday and runs through Wednesday, according to ESPN Playbook. The
Celtics forward reportedly will compete in a round-robin tournament that
includes John Legend, Eva Longoria, Kristen Bell, Snoop Dogg (also known as
Snoop Lion), Ed Norton and many others.

Pierce also told Playbook that he recently started playing
"Scramble With Friends" as well.
