Pele has criticized Brazil national team coach Mano Menezes and asked for a change in the direction of the "verde amarela."
The soccer legend said he is worried because Menezes has not been able to get the best of his players, even though many of them play in the best teams in Europe.
"We still don't have a team. Although all big European clubs have Brazilian players, coach 'Mano' Menezes has not been able to create a team yet," said the three-time FIFA World Cup champion.
Pele also said he would welcome a return of coach Luiz Felipe Scolari, who led Brazil to the title in Korea-Japan 2002 and who was recently fired by club Palmeiras after a bad streak of results.
"It is not clear yet if Scolari would be Menezes' successor," Pele said.
The 'Canarinha' will play against Argentina this Wednesday in Goias and a week after in the Argentine city of Resistencia — mostly with players from the domestic league teams. The games have been called "The Superclásico de las Américas."
