Cody Ross Knows Red Sox Must Get Back to ‘Grinding’ At-Bats, Having Better Approaches (Video)

The Red Sox haven't been winning games all season long. This
mainly due to the lack of quality at-bats that they've had.

On Thursday night the Red Sox lost 2-0 to the rival Yankees
and rarely reached base. The Red Sox only had six hits on the night off of the
New York staff and walked once. Boston hitters only saw 115 pitches compared to
the 162 that the Bombers saw at the plate.

Cody Ross spoke after the
game about what he and his teammates need to be doing at the plate. Check out
the video above to see what he had to say.

Aetna Strikeouts for A Cause

For every strikeout by a Red Sox pitcher at Fenway Park in June, Aetna will donate $250 to Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Through June 25, the donation mark stands at $30,000.

Through their continued efforts in the local community, Aetna is helping to build a healthier world -- one city and one strikeout at a time.
