Red Sox Will Honor 2004 World Series-Winning Squad, All-Fenway Park Team Before Year's Final Two Home GamesThe 100-year anniversary of Fenway Park has not been accompanied by much on-field success, but fans will have a chance to relive one of the greatest years in the park's history later this month.

The final celebrations of the 100th anniversary will likely be the most widely anticipated of the season, as the Red Sox will honor two sets of historic players on back-to-back days. Sept. 25 will feature a pregame celebration of the 2004 World Series championship team while the All-Fenway Park team will be announced the following night.

Every uniformed player for the 2004 season has been invited to Fenway to be a part of the ceremony, which will take place before the first pitch of that night's game against the Tampa Bay Rays. Many fans remember the magic of that year and seeing all of those players back at Fenway at the same time should create an unforgettable atmosphere reminiscent of 2004.

The All-Fenway Park team will be announced before the first pitch of the Red Sox' regular season home finale and will be comprised of the greatest Red Sox players in Fenway Park history. The selection of the team will be the product of fan voting as well as input from Red Sox historians and staff.

With all of the historic players in attendance for such happy ceremonies, the 100th year of Red Sox baseball at Fenway Park will certainly go out with a bang.
