The Houston Astros will have their eyes on the bench for Tuesday's Red Sox-Rays game.
The AL East match up features two candidates for the Astros open manager job. Red Sox bench coach Tim Bogar will be interviewing on Wednesday for the position, while Rays bench coach Dave Martinez is also a candidate.
The Astros last manager was former Red Sox bench coach, Brad Mills. Peter Abraham said the Astros are looking to fill the job within the next ten days so they can start the offseason with a man in place.
To hear what Abraham had to say about Bogar's chances and John Lackey's simulated start, watch the above video.
