Travis Snider Robs Mike Baxter of Sure Home Run, Enters Competition for Best Catch of 2012 MLB Season (Video)

Ladies and gentlemen, Spiderman has entered the building.

In Thursday’s game between the Mets and Pirates, New York’s Mike Baxter lauched a deep fly towards the wall in right at Citi Field for what looked to be a sure game-tying home run.

Pittsburgh right fielder Travis Snider had other ideas.

Snider scaled the wall, leaned over while maintaining his place atop the fence, and prohibited Baxter from hitting his fifth career home run. Watch Spidey’s incredible catch in the video below.
