The ECHL is not above some good, old-fashioned taunting.
The Florida Everblades — the defending Kelly Cup champions of the East Coast Hockey League — apparently like to have some fun with their visiting opponents in the form of interesting advertisements.
The ad on the boards of the visiting bench at their rink has a photo of some ladies
sitting down. When the visitors take a seat, it looks they are all
wearing skirts. Pretty clever.
The team's vice president of sales and marketing has received some complaints for the unorthodox ads but said, "That's the nature of advertising on the edge."
