Glen Davis has long been an entertaining soul on the basketball court, but the former Celtics forward may want to try his hand at the music game if a new music video is any indication of his skills.
Davis, who was traded to the Orlando Magic prior to last season in an exchange that brought Brandon Bass to Boston, has produced a music video titled “Big Baby Gon’ Turn It Up,” the Orlando Sentinel reports. The Sentinel’s Josh Robbins describes the song as “kind of catchy,” which is also how someone might describe “Call Me Maybe,” so take that however you want.
A clip from the Justin Bieber song “Baby” would play on the Amway Center loudspeakers whenever Davis made a big play last season, and it is unlikely that “Big Baby Gon’ Turn It Up” will reach Bieber Fever status. Then again, wilder things have happened.
