Normand Leveille
brought great promise to the Bruins when he showed up in the early 1980s.

But the incredible potential of Leveille, who dazzled Bruins supporters with his speed and scoring as he came up in the Boston organization, suddenly fell away when Leveille suffered a cerebral hemorrhage.

Leveille’s chance to help the Bruins on the ice was quickly over, but he became an inspiration to the team off the ice as he recovered from the scary moment. Hear what Bruins greats Mike Milbury, Rick Middleton and Ray Bourque had to say about Leveille in a special look back on NESN Daily.
