Add Will Middlebrooks to the growing list of players who are excited to have John Farrell as the new Red Sox manager entering the 2013 season.
Farrell, who will officially be introduced on Tuesday afternoon, has already returned to his old stomping ground, reintroducing himself to the Red Sox’ marketing department on Monday. Middlebrooks, meanwhile, realizes how “respected” Farrell is among many of his peers, and he’s already looking forward to spring training.
