Locker room music is serious business in the NFL.

Once Matt Light retired, there was no one to rule on what to play in the Patriots’ locker room. Kenny Mayne from ESPN tried to put it to a vote between Deion Branch and Zoltan Mesko.

To quote the candidates, Branch likes “all sorts of music,” while Mesko likes “all kinds of music.” The election-themed decision even came down to attack ads. The Romanian-born Mesko has never heard of the Beatles according to Branch, and the Patriots’ wide receiver likes “outdated rap music” according to Mesko.
