The Dorchester Eagles have a chance at redemption this season after a two-year suspension.
The team went to Florida in 2008 to compete for the Pop Warner national championship, but an incident at the Disney All-Star resort got the team suspended for three years. The squad now has new practice fields, a new president and a second chance.
Dorchester won Saturday to become the New England qualifying Pop Warner team. They can head back to Florida, but they need donations for the trip. Watch the video above to hear the team’s story.
