Brandon Bolden isn’t the only Patriots player “serving time.”

On Monday, the NFL announced that Jermaine Cunningham has been suspended without pay for four games for violating the NFL policy on performance enhancing substances.

Cunningham will be eligible to return to the Patriots’ active roster on Monday, Dec. 24 following the team’s Dec. 23 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
