Metta World Peace Rubs Nets Coach Avery Johnson’s Head After Making 3-Pointer in Front of Him (Video)

You would think Metta World Peace would know to keep his hands to himself by now.

No, he wasn’t throwing elbows this time, but World Peace was definitely invading some personal space Tuesday night. World Peace canned a 3-pointer in front of the Nets’ bench then decided to start his trot to the other end of the floor with a little rub-rub on someone’s head — Nets coach Avery Johnson‘s head, no less.

Johnson, like the rest of the universe is generally doing, shrugged off World Peace’s gesture and didn’t appear to take it as an act of condescension. (“You’re not my dad!”)

And now we have another precious moment in the annals of “Metta World Peace did what?”
