Mike Brown has an interesting way of drowning his sorrows.
If you had just been fired as head coach of the NBA’s premier franchise, what would you do? Most people would probably find the nearest bar and go to town, but the former Lakers coach — fired earlier Friday — apparently prefers fast food chicken to alcohol.
Brown was fired sometime in the morning, and by 11:30 a.m., according to TMZ, he was spotted at a local Chick-fil-A, apparently shaking hands with fans and taking pictures. Pretty jovial behavior for a guy who just lost his dream job.
Moreover, Brown appears to have been chatting with Los Angeles sports reporter Jim Hill, so we’ll see how long it takes Brown’s take on the whole experience to go public.
Check out a picture of Brown enjoying his Chick-fil-A in the image below.
