P.K. Subban Tries His Hand at Pizza-Making, Bartending With NHL Lockout Going Strong (Video)

P.K. Subban is finding ways to stay busy away from the rink during the NHL lockout, and his latest endeavor takes him to the pizza parlor.

The polarizing Canadiens defenseman has already tried his hand at meteorology during the latest NHL work stoppage, and with no end in sight, he appears to be willing to dabble in other things — like pizza making.

Subban stars in a new video for Boston Pizza, in which he plays an eager to impress new employee, working his hockey influences into his workday at the pizza shop. If the pizza place sounds familiar, other than the Boston part, it’s because Boston Pizza is the Canadian pizza chain that actually changed its name during the Stanley Cup Final in 2011 between the Bruins and Canucks.

While Subban may get under the skin of Bruins fans, it’s probably safe to give him the edge over Bruins forward Milan Lucic when it comes to acting skills. This, of course, is where you would insert some sort of joke about diving.
