Taking over the starting quarterback job is one thing. Beating Tom Brady and the Patriots at Gillette Stadium in front of a national audience in December is another thing. But being the subject to a five-year-old’s rap video? That’s when Colin Kaepernick knows he’s made it big.

“Kaepernicking” made its YouTube debut on Dec. 14 — that’s right, two days before the second-year quarterback notched arguably the biggest win of his young NFL career — and it’s taking the football world by storm. Recorded (but unlikely written) by five-year-old Sarah Redden, the track makes flawless references to everything from iPhones to Darius Fleming to the Superdome. On her Twitter page, Redden lists “Spongebob, Basketball, Space Jam, Pittsburgh Steelers, 49ers, OKC Thunder, Wiz Khalifa, Colin Kaepernick” as her favorite things.
