The Red Sox are entering the second month of the offseason, and the team has some difficult decisions to make. The team has three catchers and will likely need to cut that number to two before the season starts.

One of those catchers, David Ross, likely won’t be going anywhere. He’s one of the two free agents Boston has brought in this offseason as the Red Sox face the challenge of finding players who are good clubhouse guys and have shown they can play in Boston.
