The New England Patriots may have a bye week, but that certainly doesn’t mean they’re taking time off. The Patriots don’t know who they’re playing yet, but they’re using that as an advantage to get better overall, rather than concentrating on one opponent.
Tight end Aaron Hernandez summed it up best, saying it’s not a week off, it’s a week to get better. First-year Patriots Steve Gregory, Aqib Talib and Chandler Jones have obviously bought in to Bill Belichick‘s ways, because they shared Hernandez’s sentiments — that this is a week to improve.
