The Rangers are expected to contend for a Stanley Cup this season. Problem is, their first two games of the year didn’t do a whole lot to make that expectation a reality.
On Wednesday, though, the Blueshirts came out firing against Tuukka Rask and the Bruins, and Boston was probably lucky to be trailing by only two goals after one period. NESN Nation’s Dan Duquette was impressed by New York’s fire in this one, but he’s not so sure they can keep it up the rest of the way.
