David Villa, Cristian TelloDavid Villa is going through his worst moment since he arrived to Barcelona in 2010. Catalan daily Sport has reported that the striker met with Barça head coach Tito Vilanova to discuss the possibility of leaving the club during the winter transfer window.

During the friendly meeting, Villa suggested the possibility of him leaving the club in the coming weeks after the interest shown by many clubs, especially from the English Premier League. Sport said that “El Guaje” told Vilanova that he is going through a difficult time due to the fact he is continuously out the starting lineup. He’s been emotionally affected for not enjoying more playing time and thinks his contribution to the team could be bigger.

Villa has scored 10 goals in 22 games with Barcelona in all competitions this season, but he has come from the bench in 11 games and played a total of 956 minutes.
